Our Customer

Ag Guard is a specialist underwriting agency, with a primary focus on the complex agricultural insurance sector, touching on everything from farm equipment to crop products.

A fast-growing business, Ag Guard won the opportunity to distribute a leading Agri Insurers crop insurance. As a result, they needed a new platform build that dove tailed with specific requirements and sophisticated front-end integrations.

Ag Guard engaged us for a rapid policy and claims implementation to meet their partner’s requirements as well as their rigorous security and compliance requirements – which we could demonstrate though previous experience and our ISO 27001 certification.

Our Approach

We took a flexible and collaborative approach to achieve a tailored result that fitted in neatly with multiple platforms and met a strict deadline – prior to the start of the winter crop season.

This meant leveraging our knowledge to quickly define the right solution, and drawing on individual team members’ experience in this complex area, to ensure the result was fit for purpose.

With speed and accuracy critical to the success of the project, we took an iterative build approach, working collaboratively over two-week sprint cycles, all enabled by a smart, open platform.

Implementation

We delivered an end-to-end system for product distribution and claims, built for the unique needs of Ag Guard’s complex agriculture sector.

The unique crop product was established in a new Entsia Enterprise environment and successfully rolled out to the partners business on time, ahead of the winter crop season, along with a fully integrated claims system.

On the back of this success, ongoing work has commenced on other products.

The Outcome

The result was a fast, cost-effective build of a complex tailored platform, one that represents a unique selling point for Ag Guard, particularly when compared to previous time consuming and expensive legacy systems.

Ag Guard also now has the internal agility to transact insurance in a very efficient way, with a platform that will grow as the business scales.
